Artists I Am Thinking With
This section brings together artists whose work helps me think through the contemporary function of art: not as decoration, entertainment or cultural capital alone, but as a means of transformation, symbolic repair, altered perception and encounter with the sacred.
Some of these artists work explicitly with ritual, spirituality, energy, meditation or transcendence. Others approach the same questions indirectly through the body, matter, landscape, silence, trauma, memory, death, light or the unconscious. Together, they form a constellation around my central enquiry: how art can still create spaces of meaning, attention and transformation in a secular and technologically saturated world.
They are not presented as a fixed canon, but as artists I think with — figures whose practices illuminate my research into art as spiritual technology, creativity as transformation, and the role of artistic experience in reconnecting us with the invisible, the symbolic and the more-than-rational dimensions of human life.
